权威、企业绩效与国有企业改革?

内容简介:
本文所关心的是正处于变革中的中国经济。作为一种尝试,本文对国有企业改革路径作出了全新的阐释。我们认为,企业内部权威(Authority)位势的不断提高是国有企业改革的重要特征。企业权威在一定条件下对企业的效率具有正面的影响。改革开放后中国企业经济绩效的持续改善是由于企业权威主体的日渐明晰化以及权威程度的不断上升所致。权威度在各相关利益集团“讨价还价”博奕中的分配与再分配过程正是中国企业(国有和非国有)改革的微观逻辑线。

Abstract  This thesis is concerned about Chinese economy which is in the transforming course. As an attempt, the thesis gives a bran-new explanation of the track of the reform of the state-owned enterprises. We have proved that the continuously improving performance of Chinese enterprises is due to the increasing definitude of enterprise authority and its degree. We argue that the constantly improving of the enterprises’ inner authority is an important character in SOEs reformation. In certain conditions, enterprise authority has active influence on the efficiency of the firms. The distribution and redistribution process of authority degree in the bargain of various related interest groups is definitely the micro-logic line of Chinese enterprise reformation.
