题目：Growth and Development in a Harrodian Economy with Evidence from China

摘要：Harrod's instability puzzles have not really been resolved. This paper re-exams the instability puzzles by introducing price, wage and government policy into the prototype of Harrod model. By relying on the sample data from China, we
nd that these components may act as a stabilization mechanisms so that the instability puzzles can be resolved. At the steady state, the economy does grow at the natural
rate as what Harrod expected, though the markets are not necessarily cleared but in the state of excess supply. Furthermore, the model can also reveal some well known facts in the development process of a less
developed economy.
